Abstract

 

     In this paper the optimization of PV power location can be determined for any direction using the CFD methodology in solid works software 2014. The system was tested using a solar PV panel facing south. The most optimal angle tilt positions were evaluated by estimating the power output at various angles. The objective of this work is to find out the most cost effective and time effective method of optimization of PV system. If the optimal tilt angle were to be evaluated for a particular direction by real time estimation, the time and cost involved is high. This paper presents a methodology of evaluating the tilt angles and estimating the outputs fixing various angles.
