of diesel engine valve chamber cover

Abstract

 

   Three different schemes of cover oil and gas separation structure was studied by numerical simulation method, analysis results of each scheme in velocity, pressure,oil droplets collection and distribution, oil and gas separation efficiency were got, the optimal scheme of oil and gas separation structure was determined by comparing these results. Results showed, studying fluid flow law in oil and gas separator by numerical simulation method, and then optimizing the separator structure, can greatly shorten the research and development cycle, and has important application value in engineering.
