Abstract

As the largest developing country, Chinese rapid growth has also brought environmental problems, requiring imperative low-carbon development. Enterprises should assume corresponding low-carbon responsibility to society when investing projects, so the related study of quantification methodology of carbon emission is imminent. This paper presents a calculation method of carbon emission based on LCA, builds a green evaluation index system based on carbon emission accounting and proposes to measure the green viability of investment projects from environmental impacts, energy consumption, social impact and social adaptability these four aspects.
