Abstract

 

   In the complex environment of the modern enterprise, frontline managers not only need execution, but also need excellent leadership. The article diagnosis whether frontline managers need leadership or not according to Likuta’ scale development and then deduced and analyzed leadership model of frontline managers in energy enterprise according to the method of qualitative research.
