Abstract

 

    This paper investigates regional inequality of innovation quality of the four economic regions of high-tech industry in China by using the combined weight method and the improved TOPSIS method. The empirical result shows that the eastern region of China high-tech industry innovation quality is higher than the other three economic regions, the western region of China high-tech industry innovation quality improved rapidly, and the western, central, northeastern region of China high-tech industry innovation quality show the trend of convergence.
